EFSIS is being developed as parts of SEACOOS at RSMAS, University of Miami by Prof. Christopher N.K. Mooers and Dr. Inkweon Bang. Mr. Xinglong Wu, a Ph.D student, is now responsible in part, for EFSIS operation and web-site maintenance.
